Stage 13

Stage 13 Breakdown:

Stage 13 take the riders on another fairly flat 165km trip from Agen to Pau. Pau is known for providing bunch sprints and should be a good opportunity for the pure sprinters before the riders enter the mountain the next coming days.

Two 4th category climbs are on the route today, with the last one completed with about 30km remaining. In 2019 there was a TT in Pau won by Julian Alaphilippe, while the last time Pau saw a sprint finish was in 2018, a sprint won by Arnaud Démare. Démare will have a tougher time winning it this year, with competition from the likes of Philipsen, Groenewegen and many more. Jasper Philipsen got his first win this year on stage 10, can he take down his second stage win here?

Favorites:
| +++ | Jasper Philipsen, Biniam Girmay
| ++ | Arnaud de Lie, Dylan Groenewegen, Mark Cavendish
| + | Pascal Ackermann, Fernando Gaviria

TourManager:
